I have checked all the connections with their tags and all cables are connected correctly. During the calibration process, the software does not recognize the gimbals. I am connected via USB C to the pc.

We experienced the same problem, only the gimbals were not detected and the software complained about a bad connection.
After a lot of trying we switched to another laptop and then it worked immediately. So it looks to be some kind of USB-C port/enumeration problem.
I have the same issue days ago with my thunderbolt USB C connection that don’t wanted to recognize Trackit saying USB device not recognized , but that have nothing to do with Trackit but the port itself in the system and driver.
After rebooting and connecting other scanner to test out , things got back to normal with the port working again without issues.
