Revo Mirror kann sich nicht verbinden

Hallo,

Ich nutze den Metro pro und wollte Revo Mirror verwenden.

Ich nutze Revo Scan auf meinem MacBook Pro und die Revo Mirror auf meinem iPhone 15 pro.

Ich starte die Software auf meinen iPhone auf dem Mac gehe ich auf mirroring. Beide Geräte sind mit dem Metroy im Netzwerk verbunden, doch das iPhone findet nichts.

Wenn ich die IP Adresse 192.168.179.100 eingebe findet er auch nichts.

Wo ist das Problem??

Ich habe mit dem Support gesprochen, die haben auch keine Lösung für mich.

Mittlerweile habe ich die neuste Version von Revo Metro und Revo Mirror installiert.

Doch leider klappt das immer noch nicht.

Ist jemand hier der auch das mit einem Mac macht und bei dem es funktioniert?? Oder habe nur ich das Problem??

Sorry but I can’t help you here , I only use Windows/Android

The both computer and the phone need to be connected direct to the scanner and the sane WiFi .

I will see if I find some info for you and tag in someone that use MAC

I tested both. I connected with the scanner wifi with Mac and iPhone.

Also i tested it with my privet wifi in my home. nothing!!!

I ask the support but the answer was I shout try the next version of software!

They can’t help me. Maybe I make a mistake on my Mac with some secure polices ?? I don’t Know?!?!?!

My Software allowed to answer in the network.

I haven’t tried mirror with my Mac yet as I do most of my laser scanning now with a Windows machine. I will have a go with it later this evening though and report back.

Per checking, the issues are only caused by Tahoe MacOS。 Revo Mirror currently doesn’t support the Tahoe, so there will be connect issue of it.

If you use Mac and iPhone, please check the macOS type first, and if is different than Tahoe MacOS , the team suggested to contact customer@revopoint3d.com again .

If you use Tahoe MacOS , you will have to wait for the future updates that may fix this issue in the near future.

No, I don’t know when the problem will be fixed , the developing team is working on it but they did not give me any ETA yet . They still looking for solutions.

It would be great if you drop in from time to time and reminder me so I will check out for you .
