Pop 4 activation

Got my pop 4 in the mail. Downloaded revo scan 6 from the sight. Opened it up on the computer. Disconnected from my WiFi connected to the pop4 wifi the program prompt me to a do an online activation. Guess what you can’t do that because your now no longer connected to the outside world via the WiFi in your works space.

So I disconnect the scanner wifi to join the outside world and the prompt on the computer disappears.

Now I go to do the offline activation and send a email to the customer email with the serial number and ask them for what ever is needed to complete the offline activation. I get a response that I need to send a video ect to solve the issue.
Disappointed to say the least. Revopoint get your act together.

i have also tried to call the provided 800 number with no luck. And i have currently been waiting in a chat queue for over a hour. thankfully amazon has free returns if it comes the that.

That’s little odd with the response, they don’t need video to create Offline Activation code for you , only your serial number and that is .

If you connect POP 4 with USB and then start the software you should have a new promt to activate it Online.
