New Miraco stops scanning

I received my scanner Miraco Plus this week. I have used it 2-3 times. Mostly testing and getting to know it. Last night during a scan I noticed that the scanner would stop seeing the item / markers etc - anything if front of it for that matter, and would freeze. In other instances, the LDC would flicker, the UI would freeze and that scanner would stop working.

I have reached out to support and sent them video and photos, but I think that their main support team may be in an opposite time zone to the US.

Has anyone run into this before, and if so, what was the resolution?

Besides that, when it works, it scans nicely for a portable everyday scanner. I have been considering a Mini 2 for small mechanical part, but so far the Miraco has held its own with the zoom and near mode.

If you contacted the technical support already there is nothing here I can help you with .

The customer support works 24/7 the technical support is 12 hours a head from EST time so they start working after 9:30 pm this evening ( Friday 9:30 am for the office )

They will evaluate your issue and come back to you via email ASAP .

The resolution will depends of the issue after evaluation by the technicians and they will decide individually in your case .
