Miraco pro not updating

I have bought my revopoint miraco pro last may and have not yet got a notification for a softwarre upgrade.
It keeps saying my software is already up to date with current version: V2.3.141.20240311

Anyone else has had this problem and knows a solution?

I tried using my phone on 4g and put it to hotspot but this was not helping.

Yes you have an older version, the latest is v2.5

If connecting to local WiFi and checking your Software Update did not worked you need technician to check it on you

Please include your exact serial number with your email , don’t make mistake typing it .

There are no other solutions .

i just got a reply from customer support that the update option is currently turned off. because a new update is comming soon.

I hope this will be soon cause i am looking forward to some new features.

Oh yes , I hear from some users there was some little bug that affected the calibration after update but not for all users , so the reason probably why it was temporary off .

Yes the new features are cool .
Anyway you get even better update soon so nothing lost .
