I was just testing my new Miraco Pro Scanner and noticed it emits a constant high pitched noise while being on. Is this only my unit or are others having the same thing? Just want to make sure I don’t have a faulty unit.

My Beta Miraco also emitting the noise … since the begining, no idea what it is to be honest , some people can’t hear it at its high frequency, but I do .
Next week I will ask the dev team about what produces that noise and let you know .
Yes, I have that whine too. Slightly annoying.
Hello. Did anyone find out if the pitching noise is normal or how to solve it?
normally hi pitch noise is the power board filtering , good for electronic some people hear it some not im in th eone that hear it lol bunch of thing use hi switching power filter board in electronic

I too noticed a noise when I received my Miraco Plus. I just kinda ignored it until I saw this today. If I’m actually using it and not concentrating on it then it just becomes white noise. It isn’t loud enough that I though it was a concern. Using a decibl meter, I see that is is in the 1593.5 Mhz frequency range
Never noticed it on my Miraco Pro when I had it.

Hi Jane! Sorry but what does it mean “too loud”_ I am also hearing this high pitch noise, it comes from the camera bar I believe. Shall I report it to the customer service_ Does it indicate some errors or defects_ Thank you.
Hi @TamasTuri there is nothing wrong with it as I hear it too , some people can hear it others don’t , but it don’t means there is something wrong , your ears are just very good by picking the frequency.
