Miraco Plus need help

Hi all!

Не могли бы вы проконсультировать меня (я думаю, и все буде добре) для создания оптимальных конструкций Fusion и Mesh Construct на MIRACO Plus?

Here is an example of Fusion 0.05 and Mesh Construct 0.1. The surface is very noisy. I get the same result on other scans. The only way to get smooth surfaces is to use One-Click Edit, but this mode, as well as Smooth mode, although it produces smooth surfaces, it loses a lot in detail.

Thanks!

can you take the picture of the original product?

Yes, of course!

It doesn’t make any sense. I tried the scan in PC mode, but it’s still scary to look at the scans. I even recalibrated the scanner again. At the same time, other users are doing fine. Can I run any tests on the functionality of the hardware and firmware of the scanner, is everything exactly OK with it?

could this be the result of dull dark surface?

And this? This is the result on all models. Maybe it’s a firmware issue?

try to use default value for both fusion and mesh, is it getting better

High speed mode? I haven’t had much luck with it.

In any mode, the picture is identical.

Just to clarify, accuracy mode (high/standard/high speed) has no effect on scanning quality?

Hi!

You might using unnecessarily too high meshing settings, which induce noise?

A great explanation from @PUTV , which seems related:

It is impossible to have the same results in all modes

Hi @Snakegreen

Please contact customer@revopoint3d.com

For hardware support

It is impossible to have all all results the same in all modes.

The other day you posted face and it was looking just fine , so what changed ?

Please contact the support as there is nothing I can help you here with .

Never push the meshing higher than the fused point cloud to avoid inducing artificial points and with it noises

You fused at 0.05 you meshing it at 0.05

I know MetroX is much smoother but that is thanks to Blue Lights
Infrared scanners have slightly higher noise level naturally , but not like in your previews .

The technical support will help you out

I don’t say anything about coins at all, they don’t work out in principle. The only thing that gives a more or less digestible result is One-Click Edit. But it eats up almost all the detail. It seems to me that I shouldn’t have upgraded.

Yes, I already wrote, I know that one of the users had a similar problem on the first MIRRACO and help him roll back the firmware there. I hope that it will help in my case too.

The best way to check it out , good move , better than guessing !

I’ve already written to support. I sent them a screen recording during scanning and processing, as well as several projects.
