The users manual for the Inspire lists the minimum PC requirements to run revoscan as 16gb of RAM, and a 12th gen or newer i7 processor. My computer has 16gb of RAM and an 11th gen i7 processor. How firm are the requirements? That is to ask, will revoscan not work at all, or will it just process a little slower? Thanks in advance.
You will be just fine with your specs. I doubt you would notice any difference in performance. But the more RAM the better, I would consider upgrading it to at least 32 GB, depending what you scan.

Awesome, thanks man! Unfortunately the RAM is soldered in, but it’s getting close to time for a new laptop. Im looking at the Asus ProArt which has like 64gb of RAM and a better processor, OLED, RTX 4070, etc… I appreciate your help!

I use my tablet with Inspire i7 8th generation 16GB
It works perfectly while scanning , just slightly slower while processing because of slower processor but it will not affect the scanning .
16GB RAM is minimum requirement for Inspire .
If you looking for new laptop/PC
Make sure you get faster processor as it really matters in processing , don’t get lower than i9 10th Gen with 64GB
