When I am scanning and tracking is lost, it zooms all the time out, but I only need the object in the middle to be scanned. It is placed on a plate with markers to be tracked exactly, but I do not need it at all. Is it possible to implement an option fot a custom zoomrate in MetroX?
What do you mean by zooming?
Lets start from the top. What software version are you running? What scanning mode are you using? There is no zoom function in the laser modes….. Are you in marker mode, because if you are scanning in feature mode, then it doesnt care about markers.
Are you talking about when the preview on the screen zooms out from where you are scanning? It usually does this because it has lost tracking. Upload pictures of your setup and what you are seeing on your screen.
