MetroX Lost Tracking when Scanning

Hello,

I would like to ask about my problem with my scanner. I used the MetroX scanning for a while, and I have bought the scanner since it was a project Kickstargogo and I have used it until right now. Unfortunately, I have some issues with the scanner and it keeps showing tracking lost and move to previously scanned area.

First I thought it was the scanner issue, so I changed to another MetroX that I have and it still showed the same. I have been trying to change the cable and changed back to the Mini 2 and it still showing not good.

Does anyone have the same problem with me and is there any way that I can fix this?

how close is the marker when you using metroX?

I scanned the rock, and I don’t use the marker because the rock is kind of small

Post a photo.

There are probably not enough features to actually track if it’s just a small rock. You might need to add items around it or use marker mode.

And of course if you’re using laser mode you 100% need markers
