Hello, I have a problem with my MetroX and GPU acceleration. When I am in cross-line mode, I have no image rendered. It works when I disable GPU acceleration. I have an RTX 3080 with the latest version of RevoScan for MetroX. Thank you for your help.

I’m back here with a quick update: the issue has been resolved with the help of support. It just required recalibrating the scanner. Hopefully, this can help other users. Have a great day!

Yeah it is very strange , anyway in main time please sign up for beta testing out a new Beta RSM software using your card and MetroX

It may give you some resolution maybe
