Is there a problem with Revopoint deliveries?

Hello, Does anyone know what is happening with Revopoint deliveries?

I placed an order for a Mini2 on 28th November, the despatch date given then was 8th December.

I have emailed “customer” and “support” but don’t get any replies.

I’m getting worried now, it seems strange.

That sounds very weird , the delivery usually happens in no time.

All your question was answered to your all emails with the latest one was send on Dec.15

The order you placed was an pre-order and was out of stock when you ordered it .
The ETA for this shipment is this month , and the order will be expedited in processing once it is available.

I was beginning to get a little worried. I have nothing in spam, so I’m not sure why I haven’t seen any emails. I’ll just have to be patient, although I was hoping the scanner would be a Christmas present.

Co-incidentally I received a UPS email today to say my package from Revopoint was on its way.
