Try pressing marked icon, this is a “home” button for centering the view. Did it help?

Sometimes, the preview may not show the object at the center, causing the point cloud to be displayed off the main screen. Users can always click the “Pose Reset” button in the top right corner to reposition the point cloud model to the center of the screen.

This issue is known, and the next version OTA update will optimize the scanning preview window experience, aiming to completely resolve this problem.
