Graphic card / GPU not recognized

Revo track does not recognize my graphic card. I have a MSI GS76 Stealth 11UH laptop with spec:

  • 32GB ram
    -Intel 11th gen i7-11800H 2,3Ghz
  • Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 GPU 16GB
  • windows 10
  • 2TB SSD
    The scanning is going fine but is there a fix for recognizing the graphic card

The minimal requirement to run Trackit is

RAM: ≥ 32 GB
CPU: Intel i7 13th Gen or better/AMD Ryzen 7 above the 7000 series
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (8 GB)

Please update your graphic driver and if you still have issues please contact customer@revopoint3d.com technician will evaluate your issue .
