I’ve been running the trackit system several times a week for about half a year.
out of the box Its always had issues with hand eye calibration despite following instructions and best practices to the letter in a controlled environment. After about 10-20 or so tries it calibrates. The other two calibration types pass first try.
but now the hand eye calibration is just refusing to calibrate at all no matter what i try, and I really have tried a lot.
I’m not sure what to do, contacting support hasn’t really yielded any results and im going to lose my job if i cant get it running again.
