EUGENE3D | POP 3 PLUS | SHOWCASE

Hello! Just made a first scan with pop 3 plus!
This is a snorkeling mask tube holder. The right part of the clamp was lost, so i need to scan the whole part, mirror it and recreate in plastic with 3D-printer.
Scanned with 2x zoom. It’s a brilliant feature in a new POP 3 Plus 3Dscanner!
This part was coated with white paint. Scanning in marker mode.

Merging together separate scans:

A 3D-scan of a broken motor collector. Scanned in marker mode.

As you can see, POP3 Plus perfectly captured dints and bulbs of glue on the model!

And here is a 3D-printed copy!

This is a 3D scan of a vacuum adsorber cap. Hoses where broken, so i glued them up together and made a scan with Revopoint POP 3 Plus. It was easy and effective. At nearest time, it will be reproduced with FDM 3D-printer.

This is the mount of headlight wiper (Mini Couper S). A part from right side was lost during accident, but a part from left side saved. I made a 3d scan of it in marker mode with 2.0x zoom. Afterwards, model was edited in Meshmixer to fill holes and improve geometry for 3D printing. Than, mirrored part was recreated in Nylon-like resin.

And the last one for today!
It is a signature of an artist. He make sculptures, and this sign is needed to make a mold. For this purpose it was made of clay. Revopoint POP 3 Plus was able to capture a lot of details at 1.5x zoom.
Afterwards, this model will be 3d printed with resin in 1:4 scale.

3D-scanning a glass!
This glass was broken, i glued the parts together and made a scan of it.
Afterwards, i reversed a model in CAD.
This scan i made in global marker mode. I made a scan from one side only, because i was needed to get only a sketch for CAD.

As you can see, the cracks are clearly visible on a 3d-scan!
