Dual axis turntable crashes revoscan 5.5.2

dual axis turntable is connected to laptop via bluetooth, but crashes revoscan when trying to connect from the >accessories>dual axis turntable menu.

revoscan v5.5.2 simply crashes every time (older version did the same)…any advice?

Sorry I can’t reproduce this error and I never experienced it myself.

I only know that the DAT need location to be able to proper connect to the software.

the same here. same version, bluetooth stick from tp-link (ub500), revoscan 5.5.2 crashes every time i try to connect to the turntable

where do i find a older version of the software? maybe it works with older version

old software builds are not available
As they do not works with scanners the correct way, so please avoid using old software for full functionality of your scanning devices.

my workaround is by using the ios control app on my phone like a remote control, probably better/easier for me to be honest. cheers

Yes for me too , but when using RS MetroX you can’t do that using Auto Mode.

I don’t even know if that was Mac issue or Windows because user do not include any of that info so hard to give any reply on the topic , however the customer@revopoint3d.com will help them out.

same issue, i have Mini,POP2 - scan crashes the moment i try to connect turntable, i just recieved the MetroX and hoped revoscan for metrox will be different, but the problem is the same

I use both RS latest versions for MetroX and other scanners and nothing crashing on my laptop or PC , so let the technician find out what is doing it on your system.

Make sure you have the latest versions installed.

Version 5.6.4 is MetroX version

I research problem in bluetooth, on older window 10 not working. after update turntable working.

Win 10 to win 11 or Bluetooth ?
