I have the POP 2, after scanning my model, can I finish it off in 3DF Zephyr or MeshLab. I don’t have the CD key to activate Revo Studio which has the same characteristics as MeshLab.

Yes you can ! any program that support point cloud .
You should get the CD License Key, but it won’t be right away; there’s a multi-day holiday in China, so they won’t be back in the office until April 6th, iirc.
From experience, I can tell you that Revo Studio is much easier to work with than MeshLab (for the things they both do).
