Adding "features" on the model

Hello,
If I add some “features” on my model, like red random maker dots on a white mat cylindre.
That could help the scan to keep track ?
Or the “features” mode is only on shapes variations ?

Only shapes are features…
Markers need to be used in marker mode where the features of the object don’t matters , but markers need to be white dots with black outline. Or white dots on black surface .

So stick the markers you got with your package on the object and use marker mode to scan it .

The white/black dots could be smaller than the standard in package ?

Yes it can be smaller , I tested many smaller sizes that worked just fine , in case the scanner don’t pick up the markers try to add slightly more light to the scene .
