Add paint selection tool + Issues with current lasso tool

0. We need a paint select tool like we have on meshmixer in order to be able to select mesh parts we want to delete since in this case if we use the lasso tool we select both sides.

1. If adding this function is hard there should be at least a option to select camera facing normals only with lasso tool

2. Another issue the lasso tool has at the moment is that there is no way to deselect (select area to remove from selection) with a modifyer key like ctrl or shift

3. There is currently now way to orbit around the object when a lasso selection is active

There is already function for lasso selection ( select single or double faces ) in RS 5.0.8 the setting is in the menu bar
