I have some things coming up to scan and would like to scan them with both the metrox and range1. I am going to be doing marker scans of multiple items so I don’t want to swap back and forth between scanners and resetting up markers. Can I have both of these scanners plugged into the computer at same time or will there be a conflict since they are technically seen as usb cameras. My system runs flawlessly and I don’t want to cause some kind of error that messes up any future useage. It sounds like windows 10 can handle multiple usb cameras but can also have issues at the same time. Has anyone done this?
You can’t use 2 scanners at the same time , only one of them will be recognized in the software and you can’t decide what scanner to use first since thing like switch isn’t available.
Once the scanner is connected the software loading the specific profile for that scanner ID to run it properly, for that reason only one scanner can be used at the same time.

Okay, good to know. I will set up a laptop with the range1 so can scan back to back.
