Will MetroX upgrade to 7+14 lines Scan?

Just receive my MetroX from Kickstarter yesterday,test for a while,working great so far.

At th beginning,in the Laser scaning mode the laser source wont emssing,turns out if in laser scanning mode,camera must detect marker point ,after that the laser will turn on;

Currently laser scanning mode only has 7 horizontal lines and 14 cross lines.
Is there any chance that the software and firmware upgrade to support 7+14=21 lines scan mode in the future?

It was designed on purpose so people don’t scanning faces and pets using laser as it can be dangerous for the eyes.

For the second question … we will see in the future
