hello! I’m struggling a bit with dark hair even after setting max exposure per the video - can anyone please provide their settings an experience with scanning heads and getting the hair to scan properly? thanks @Revopoint-Jane

what settings do you use including scanning mode and distance?
please look here:
I assume you scan in a closed environment so sunlight doesn’t disturb. use “dark” setting (Scan settings> object type) and make sure depth camera exposure is set to auto , too. If Miraco still has difficulty picking hair I advise you using some dry shampoo.
