I will check if any error you mentioned can be recovered.
If don’t I will let you know and you will have to make appointments with the tech team as that is not the correct behavior .
If the full Field can’t see markers it means the calibration is not correct for your Full Field and that is only the reason behind it .
Or in worse scenario technical hardware issue but for that the tech team need to check it themselves.
Just to be sure, I did the calibration test and it passed with flying colors
What surprised me - shouldn’t there be two separate calibrations? For laser and for Full Field?
Or is it doing both at the same time? - There was a lot of blinking lights and lines
