Hi there. I was hoping that it would be possible to have a setting added to the preferences menu, where you can state whether you want auto-exposure settings to be enabled or disabled by default. I’ve done a lot of scans recently where I’ve found the auto-exposure setting to be very useful, but having to enable it every time I change a scan setting is a bit of a hassle when you’re mid-setup.
I know it’s a small thing to find frustrating, but it would be a great help, to me at least. Having the toggle setting as well would mean that no-one’s inconvenienced by the change, as well - it wouldn’t be a forced alteration on those who don’t make use of auto-exposure.
