At the launch of the MIRACO Plus, we introduced a special upgrade offer for our loyal MIRACO and MIRACO Pro customers, allowing customers to enjoy the latest technology at a minimal cost. However, during the trade-in, we’ve experienced an unexpected level of dishonesty, such as the return of empty boxes and discarded steel components, significantly increasing operational costs.
So, we have decided to end this policy on October 7th at noon EDT. If you wish to upgrade your device, please contact us at customer@revopoint3d.com within the next two weeks.
Moving forward, we’ll be updating our regular trade-in program for users with upgrade needs. This will be available to all customers, including those with POP and other models. We sincerely thank you for your understanding and continued support.
That is a shame … no excuse for it , people just don’t understand how much money cost import TAX in China when sending back any device, wasting precious resources ,and for what ? that is a criminal behavior !
Ban them as customers for life , I would.

I participated the program and was really appreciated about the engagement your support give to me to help sending back my device. I sent out my MPro on Monday and received my MPlus on Tuesday. That was completely perfect.
I also hope my device arrived in perfect condition as I sent it out.
Of course it was another price tag for me. But calculating all the effort for RP the “upgrade-price” was quite fair!
So thanks for your Support again. Keep on going.
