The point “You only need to return the scanner. Do not send us any accessories that came with your scanner.” is not entirely clear. If the scanner (for example, MetroX) was supplied in a case with cables, calibration tables, a two-axis table, etc., should I send only the scanner itself, or still in the form in which I bought it? Also, for example, the Miraco Plus had an additional box with calibration panels and a photogrammetric kit - should I send only the Miraco Plus “body” itself?
You only send the scanner itself and nothing else , just the “body” you can keep everything else that came with it.
If you get the pre-paid label direct from Revopoint you are ok, but if you pay for the return label yourself , make sure you have insurance for the value to protect yourself in case of package lost with your return.
