ı had scanned the objet two seperate surface but is not alingned the right way

Need more photos, but pretty sure you didnt scan enough over lapping area between scans.

You used feature mode for merging , switch to marker points and find at least 3 the same points ( features) on each scan .

You can use feature mode only if the object is organic, have unique features and not symmetrical features .

Try the manual alignment

I have tried but not worked same result

You need to select 2 scans and use points to find the same features on both scans

If there are no the same points on each scan with at least 10-20% overlap and at least 3 the same points, it will not works , not here and nowhere else in any software .

Manual or Auto alignments requering the same features to be visible on both scans

You can use free software like CloudConpare to import the scans and manually align them one by one.
