I live in a pretty warm part of the world, it is also often quite humid.
We have a clothes dryer that has been pumping out hot, humid air inside the house that makes the air conditioner have to work even harder.
I decided to create a hot air exhaust that pumps the hot our out through the nearby window.
I started my removing the existing exhaust grill from the Dryer, then I scanned it with my MIRACO, paying particular attention to the tiny clips that attach the grill to the Dryer.
Then I imported the 3D mesh into Rhino 3D, and created a new Grill that I can attach sime ducting to.
I 3D printed the new parts, attached the ducting and it works like a charm !!
No more hot humid air filling the laundry !
