I downloaded and installed the latest HandyScan for MacOS. When I launch it the UI is in Chinese and I cannot figure out how to change it to English?
Is it really the latest version of HandyScan or is it Revo Scan?
If it’s Revo Scan, then click on the gear-like icon in the bottom left of the main menu. In the popup, the top selection gadget is language. It should be (Auto), but in any case, click on the Down Arrow at the right side of the gadget and select English.
It’s definitely handyscan. On my M1Max MacBook Pro I can’t even get the Mac to recognize the Pop2 with RevoScan or Studio. It says Device not found.
I don’t have a Mac, so I don’t know for certain where the settings will be, but when I started to install Windows HandyScan 184.108.40.20620127a, it prompted me to specify a language for the installation. Did you see that?
I installed the last Beta of HandyScan for Windows and it looks the same as Revo Scan, so that isn’t going to help you.
Hopefully, someone with a Mac helps, but could you post a screen cap of the main menu?
