Let me say one thing though: after so many campaigns, you should finally book some warehouses in different economic zones (USA, EU, etc) and export batches of products in bulk. It is a big shame to put the burden of custom clearance to each customer individually. It is a pain in the @ss and also expensive in some countries, like mine.
Please, fix this. Other companies do it successfully, you should, too.
