Reporting RevoScan 6 crash during application start on MacOS 27 public beta

I’m considering purchasing a pop 4 scanner. I used to have a metro X scanner, but I returned it because the software kept crashing on my Mac. Rather than purchasing the pop 4 and finding out afterwards that the software is unusable due to application crashes, I decided to try the software first.

I chose to install the software on my M4 MacBook Air running macOS 27 public beta since that laptop would be the one I will typically use to perform scans. Unfortunately RevoScan 6 crashes a few seconds after start up on that Mac. It does not crash on startup on my M2 pro Mac mini which is running macOS 26.5.2.

Since I’m not currently an owner of a RevoPoint scanner I was curious as to if and how you’d like me to report this bug.

Never mind. Apple released MacOS 27 public beta 2, and after installing that, RevoScan 6 does not crash on application start any more.
