This a bust of a Roman general and statesman Mareus Vipsanius Agrippa. you can buy this version ie. on aliexpress. But I don’t know if this is a replica of an original bust or a free remake by unknown artist, sorry.

I just saw, on yeggi there is even a file by revopoint named “AGRIPPA（GENERATED BY REVOPOINT POP” 
It should be him, hair shape is the same. But funny how facial features differate between this work and work from other acient artists
