I had an urgent job yesterday from one of my Client/students, they needed a modified steel bull bar for a 4WD scanned before it went back on the clients vehicle.
The scans then go into Rhino 3D where I teach my client how to create a full CAD model.
The MetroY Pro did this task seamlessly, the front and back of the bullbar aligned perfectly.
We also scanned the underside of the vehicle where hydraulic tanks will be fitted.
The scans came up really well.

I really like the MetroY Pro for this sort of work, it is a pleasure to use.
The Merge function in the software is fantastic, I find it works “Automatically” most of the time.
