Hi Revopoint team,
The rear cover on my Trackit handle — the panel where the USB port sits and the door buttons are — has broken. It’s purely the outer cover; nothing internal is damaged.
I’d like to just buy this part as a spare so I can swap it myself. It’s a quick fix on my end and I’d rather not ship the whole unit back for something this minor.
Can you tell me the part number and price, and how to order it? Happy to send a photo of the broken cover if that helps identify it. Want to replace this myself
