You need to make your devices update able as I purchased the Metro Y Pro 6 months ago and now you release a new model.. You are going to annoy a lot of existing customers if you keep pumping new models out like this.
I understand your perspective regarding the requested update; however, I would like to clarify the technical requirements. This specific update is not limited to a software or firmware modification. It involves a hardware change that cannot be implemented or upgraded on demand for earlier models within a consumer environment.
Because this requires physical components that are not present in the initial hardware revision, Revopoint is unable to perform the upgrade as requested.
