# Surface and color problems after merging

Thanks a lot,

it is true that i slightly shifted distance at each scan. So i shouldn’t do that, instead turn depth and color exposure to manual.  
But i dindn’t lay the sherd flat on the turntable.  
Here you can see my setup, is it ok?
