I am having the same issue, the slightest movement and the stabilizer buzzes and shuts down (goes limp) Would like to know if there is a fix or workaround for this. I have hand tremors and the stabilizer was a selling point to buying the scanner.
Have you tried changing modes?
Hi @giantminiuser that should never happen as I never experienced this issue and I can shake as much as I wish .
I believe this is quality control issue and I moved your request to the tech ical customer support section .

I strongly recommend you do that as there is really no fix available, at least I never saw one .
