I am using POP2. I always plug it in, wait a while, and I can hear the high-frequency noise. High-frequency noise continues to occur as long as power is supplied. Is the noise only coming from my equipment because there is a problem with my equipment?

Hello, it is normal for the device to make some noise during operation. However, if the noise is too loud, it could be due to a device issue. We recommend recording a video and sending it to our customer support team at [customer@revopoint3d.com](mailto:customer@revopoint3d.com). They can help assess and address the issue for you. Thank you for your understanding.
