Hi, I will make my own thread under range 2 but I am having connection issues with my new Range 2. I can connect to Revo Scan 5 fine over USB and Wifi but on Revo Scan 6 I just get “Range 2 connecting”. but it never actually connects. Does this on two different computers. Im on version 6.3.1. Please help. Thanks.

Hi @Zayzay433

If you use it on 2 different computers, check your windows setting for camera privacy , or rotate the USB connector .

Thanks for the clear answer. Just to put my vote on the record as well: as a POP 4 owner scanning for 3D printing, Revo Scan is currently the one application keeping my workstation on Windows. If the team ever revisits this - even an experimental Linux build would be welcomed by the people in the ‘Running Revo Scan on Linux’ thread, and the AMD GPU support in 6.3.0 shows forum requests do get heard. Count me in for testing if that ever becomes an option.
