Revo Scan 4.1.1.20220930b crashes during a scan

My Revo Scan persistently crashes during a scan. Here is the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7YWQd2WeMNQ

The application just terminates silently in the middle of scan without any prompts or error messages. Log files attached. Log.txt, Sdk.log

Update: Tried to turn Hardware Acceleration off, nothing changed - program still crashes.

Hi @arifg ,

Sorry so much for this issue. We will discuss it and let you know asap.

Best Regards
Cassie

@Revopoint3D-Cassie , I found already the issue of crashing, it is the last RTX graphic driver that is responsible in crashing of Revo Scan 4.1.1

The Dev Team should look into it ASAP and provide stable update or nobody would use Revo Scan with their RTX graphic cards that are up to date with their drivers.

The user with the problem need to roll back the last graphic card driver to be able to use Revo Scan .

Hi @arifg ,

Got it, thank you.

Best Regards
Cassie

Video driver as a culprit seems plausible. After installing the latest NVIDIA STUDIO driver instead of the NVIDIA Game Ready driver, the issue apparently has been gone; scan finishes fine.
