I think the issue arises when you put markers on the part. The software treats the 3mm like a 6 in the marker cleanup. If you have markers on the area you are deleting anyways it shouldn’t matter ---

The size doesn’t matter, the placement in unique pattern and distance do. How bigger the FOV how bigger the distance between should be and vice versa. ---

Impressive for sure. Well done. I’ve been trying multi color Lego kits and all failed. Red and Black bricks don’t scan well. I can spray it and it comes out nicely, but w/o spray I’ve not had good luck. ---

In cases where different color combination is present, you should switch to laser mode as it handles it better. ---
