Pop Scanner appears in Device Manager, but not HandyScan

I have installed HandyScan on Windows 10. The POP Scanner apprears in Windows Device Manager as “Rockusb Device” but cannot be found by HandyScan. Looking in the device events, I find this:

This scanner works on Android, so I don’t suspect an issue with the scanner.
How do I get it to run?

The Pop should show up as a camera. If it doesn’t, then you will have to adjust Windows security.

I’m on my phone as I type this, so it isn’t easy for me to find it, but there is a discussion about this in the forum if you do a search. Try the terms “Windows camera security”.
