I have installed HandyScan on Windows 10. The POP Scanner apprears in Windows Device Manager as “Rockusb Device” but cannot be found by HandyScan. Looking in the device events, I find this:
Device USB\VID_2207&PID_110A\A2137306266400A31 was not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match.
Last Device Instance Id: USB\VID_0403&PID_6010\7&29e4b7eb&0&1
Class Guid: {36fc9e60-c465-11cf-8056-444553540000}
Location Path: PCIROOT(0)#PCI(1400)#USBROOT(0)#USB(12)#USB(1)#USB(1)
Migration Rank: 0xF000FFFF00000033
Present: false
Status: 0xC0000719
This scanner works on Android, so I don’t suspect an issue with the scanner.
How do I get it to run?
