I’ve been using high-end 3D scanners 20+ years. The Revopoint POP is a consumer level 3D scanner that has high end features. I got one to try out. Most reviews were “soft and fuzzy”, so I thought I’d use my experience to test the accuracy and resolution. My interest lies more in engineering than art work.
Great video! I should have waited for the POP 2 but I was excited and snagged the first one 
Really wanted it for reverse engineering for adapters and mounts.
I hope you’re able to do the same type of testing and demonstrations if you get your hands on a Pop 2. Great overview and review of its performance.
