# Need help for MetroY calibration

My new MetroY arrived yesterday I downloaded Revo Metro 5.8.8 (latest version) and tried to do a calibration using the included calibration board I kept distance and angle right as shown and no matter what I do i couldn’t calibrate my device problem is the red circle appears to be too to line up when i go far to line it up i get out of range it is obvious in the attached image

Just curious did you placed the scanning plate horizontally, because it looks in vertical position ?

Any update on your issue with calibration ? Dud you tried to use the plate horizontally or contacted the customer support ?
