Need Advice on Using Revopoint 3D Scans in an Interactive Digital Membership Card

Hello community, We are developing an interactive membership card platform for visitor-based businesses like museums and aquariums. Recently we started exploring whether Revopoint 3D scans could be integrated into the experience to make memberships more engaging.

Some ideas we are testing:

  1. 3D scanned exhibits accessible only to members
  2. QR-based digital membership card connected to 3D content
  3. Mobile-friendly 3D previews
  4. Digital collectibles for premium members
  5. Scan-to-app workflow for exhibitions and events

Right now we are researching the best way to manage scan optimization and mobile performance without making the app heavy.

If anyone has experience with:

  1. exporting optimized models,
  2. embedding scans into apps/webviews,
  3. or using Revopoint scans commercially,

please share your recommendations.

Hi @lixcy

There is not a term. Like Revopoint scans , scans are scans and they do not belong to anybody but the person that scanned it .

And since you are not going to use Revopoint scans that belong to Revopoint , you don’t need to use that term .

I moved your thread to a Discussion as Showcasing other businesses is against the forum TOS , the Showcase section is for individual Artists showing their work using Revopoint 3D scanners only.

Also I had to remove your link for the same reason.

If you are looking for 3D editors just simple state that and include the budged for their work.
