I havent used my miraco in over 6+ months. Decided to start using it again, now the revopoint logo appears for 5 seconds than disappears and keeps doing it over and over. I let it charge for over an hour and still does not boot properly.

Push and hold the top (“Play”) and side power button together for couple of seconds until you see this screen.
Press the side button for activating “reboot system now”.
If you don’t mind loosing data stored on Miraco you can perform “wipe data/factory reset” (6th from the top).
If it doesn’t resolve your problem please contact customer@revopoint3d.com for technical support.
BTW: there is no volume up/down on Miraco obviously, you switch between the options with the top “play” button and confirm with the side “power” button.

This unfortunately did not work for me. It is continuing doing the same flashing screen. I’ve held both buttons and nothing seems to change regardless of how long I press both of them.

If the battery run out you will need longer than 1 hour, at least 2 hours , however there may be another issue , please contact customer@revopoint3d.com for technical assistance.
Do you see the battery icon once you connect MIRACO to its original charger ? If not try another USB cable , I had to change my cable as well once.
If nothing , your only option is contact technician because it looks like the battery is not charging.
I’ve charged for over 5+ hours.
Used original charger
10W-15W-18W-20W chargers as well.
I’ve hard reset (15s) and still nothing
