# Miraco plus stuck on logo screen and reboot

Hi, my MIRACO Plus scanner is caught in a boot loop after two months of inactivity. It freezes on the logo screen and restarts. Is there a known fix for this?

Hi @endo

There is no official fix , but if you press the shutter ( top play/start button ) and power button at the same time you should get into debug mode that allows you to reboot it just like Android phone/Tablets have , there are lots of other options as well under that mode .
