I am having the same issue with updating the firmware. Wish that there was a firmware download page so that we don’t have to wait for someone to respond.
Well that’s now how it works , you can’t just download an update , the installation is running direct from the server.

I have the mini. I’m also using a Microsoft surface pro tablet running Windows 11 and I have also tried using my Samsung Android tablet and a Windows desktop computer.
I was talking with tech support via text this morning and I am now good to go. Up and running.
