why are there no videos of people testing this unit? Are you not allowed to do a functional review? ---

We working with early prototypes and we still in the process of testing it in beta … soon you can see showcases … we are just little late MetroX is a new scanner Line , new tool requires time and practice as well . ---

I understand that its new, I am not new to revopoint or scanning, but you have a unit sent to you and thats great, but I really don’t care about an unboxing video, its almost a flex as to look I have one and you don’t. Nothing about packaging is going to give me any insight as to what this is capable of. In fact new tools do require practice, a video of first time use would be great to see how much practice is needed to get a good scan, this is very relevant. Sometimes people want things to just work and can be swayed by how much practice is needed to get it to work. You can pick up some scanners not naming names that just work almost flawlessly out of the box with no learning curve, others not so much. ---

You may be not new to Revopoint scanning but you and everyone else is new to MetroX Beta users just got the new software this morning , having a scanner in a box is not enough , you need software and get familiar with new tool before doing anything . Have some patience please ---

Don’t get me wrong , I understood well your urge to see results from users , I would do the same . I am just under NDA so also pls understand my position . Hopefully after tonight live show at 8 pm ET , everything will be more clear . I am not running the show tonight but I will be there answering all questions . ---

So there you go another piece of information. This is what I am talking about, that’s the information I was after not it takes time and practice but there is no software or wasn’t and there is an NDA. Its exactly what I was asking. Would have been a lot simpler to lead with that. Why I asked why there are no functional reviews yet. ---

would be great if all those that are beta testing would open a post with their unboxig or placeholder for us to follow and recieve notifications once they start posting the scans 🙂 ---
